Several changes have been made to these policies and although you may have signed off on the originals, as an authorized Millipore driver you are required to read the following carefully.

Your responses will be electronically submitted to ARI to monitor acceptance and compliance. You will not be able to order a new vehicle until you have read the policy and accepted the terms.

As an assigned driver of a Millipore Company vehicle, I agree to the terms and procedures of the Vehicle Driver Policy as explained above. I also agree to surrender the company vehicle assigned to me upon separation from Millipore Company.
